basically, we get so good at lying because we do it all the time. its actually proven that if you lie about the same thing long enough you will actually start convincing yourself that what your saying is true. that's how liars get so goo at what they do. experience from lying to everyone, including themselves.
A self lie is always much more difficult to impound but will always make a drastic difference wether for better or for worse is completely up to you
