what i believe this means is that if your to busy worrying about everything that dos not really matter, you will waste your whole life constantly worrying, and before you know it its going to pass you by. you cant avoid death but you can avoid wasting away most of your life worrying about the inevitable.
It means start having fun when you are young because when you get old you can't move that fast
